Please read all the the terms, so we don't have any trouble!What I'll draw:
• Humans, Animals, Monsters, Anthro/Furries, Simple Robots, etc.
• Most OCs are fine!I will NOT draw:
• Anything morally offensive (something racist, sexist, homophic, and whatever that brings hate speech).
• Thing fetish related (Hyper fat, Hyper Muscle, Vore, etc).
• NSFW/Porn.
• Sonic and MLP ocs.
• Drugs Apology.The client may:
• Question pricing, if the price I mentioned isn't the same as advertised. I'll change prices from time to time but I might make mistakes.
• Print your commission for personal use only.
• Repost your commission on your personal social media page, with proper crediting.•Buy seasonal YCH out of season, but they’ll be put in the regular queue.The client may NOT:
• Get their artwork made before payment.
• Repost without crediting (making sure that my signature is visible is enough).
• Redistribute and monetize my work without my consent.
• Neglect credit to my work when asked.As the artist, I have the following rights:
• To distribute and use the artworks and sketches for self-promotion, unless there's a discussion about it before payment.
• To deny any comission request.
• To set and change my prices at any time, for any reason.
• To add, discontinue, and offer products and services at my discretion.
• To alter these Terms of Service at any time*, for any reason.*Please note that, no matter the alteration, the client holds the right to comply only with the version that they read.Payment
• Payment is made exclusively through Paypal.Refunds
• If I haven't started your commission yet, I can offer a full refund within 7 days after payment, and 60% after 7 days.
• If I've already started working on your sketch and you're unsatisfied, I can offer a 30% refund, but only 7 days after it's first in line.
• If I've spent 80 days without getting started on your order, you're once again entitled to a full refund.
• After the sketch is approved, I will offer no refunds.PS: To avoid the necessity of a refund, please consider the queue that's displayed and timely updated on my Trello page. Make sure you're comfortable with the wait before you commission.Thanks a lot for commissioning me!
